How the platform is built

Suppliers reach the platform through provider adapters, so no single operator, gateway or aggregator is hard-wired into the booking engine. Availability and pricing are revalidated before a reservation is confirmed, refunds follow the cancellation policy recorded at the time of booking, and every operational action is written to an audit trail that travellers, partners and administrators can rely on.

Travellers manage their trips from one account. Partners run their own company profile, inventory, bookings, commission statements and support tickets. Naksys operations teams review onboarding, payouts and exceptions from the admin console.
