Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Naksys Travel, creating an account, or making a booking you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced from them, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Our role as a booking platform

Naksys Travel aggregates travel inventory from airlines, bus operators, accommodation providers, package operators and activity suppliers. The travel service itself is delivered by the supplier shown on your booking, under that supplier's own conditions of carriage or service.

Naksys is responsible for the booking, payment and support experience on the platform. Naksys is not the operator of the transport, stay or activity you book.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

• Accounts are personal unless registered as a partner or corporate account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a booking contract.
• Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse or misuse of the platform.

4. Search results, availability and pricing

Search results reflect supplier availability at the moment of the search. Availability and price are revalidated before a reservation is confirmed; if either changes you are shown the updated result before payment.

Total price, taxes, fees and applicable discounts are displayed before you reach the payment step.

5. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and the supplier reservation is accepted. Until then a reservation is held provisionally and may expire.

Payments are processed by payment providers integrated with the platform. Naksys Travel does not store your full card details.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation and refund entitlements follow the policy recorded on your booking at the time it was made. That policy is shown before payment and on the booking detail page.

Where a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method. Supplier processing times may apply.

7. Partner and supplier terms

Partners using the Naksys Travel partner portal additionally agree to the commercial terms of their partner agreement, including commission, statement, payout and content accuracy obligations.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, pricing and policies they publish through the platform.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform in ways that harm it or other users.

• No automated scraping, resale or misuse of inventory or pricing data.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, authorisation or rate limits.
• No fraudulent bookings, chargebacks or misrepresentation of identity.

9. Liability

Naksys is liable for the platform services it provides. Liability for delivery of the travel service itself rests with the operating supplier under its own terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and data protection

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Booking data is shared with the supplier delivering your travel service, and with payment providers, only as needed to fulfil the booking.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes are communicated in advance where required. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and contact

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these terms are those of the Naksys operating entity that contracts with you, as stated on your booking confirmation.
