1. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, bookings and support.

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and authentication records.
• Booking data: travellers or guests, travel dates, routes, seats or rooms, and booking status.
• Payment metadata: amount, currency, status and provider reference. Full card details are never stored by Naksys Travel.
• Support and partner data: tickets, messages, onboarding documents and payout statements.
• Technical data: device, browser and log information used for security and reliability.

2. Why we process it

Data is processed to create and secure your account, complete and manage bookings, process payments and refunds, provide support, meet legal and financial obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share it with

Booking details are shared with the supplier delivering the travel service, and payment details with the payment provider handling the transaction. Partners see only bookings attributed to them.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Booking, payment and audit records are retained for as long as required for financial, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active.

5. Security

Access is controlled by authentication and role-based authorisation, with row-level protection on stored records. Partner documents are served through short-lived, role-gated links, and administrative actions are written to an audit trail.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where no legal retention obligation applies, and a copy of the data you provided.
